This was the final year of our adventure. We packed a lot in! We rented an apartment in Florence for two months before returning to Moonstruck in Kemer, Turkey. We cast-off from Kemer in April and visited several Greek Islands including Crete before heading north to Italy and Croatia. From Croatia our route took us to Malta where we were joined by our daughter Lauren. Then we retraced our steps to the Balearics, southern Spain and Portugal on our route out of the Med. A quick stop in Morocco and Gibraltar and then it was off to Madeira and the Canaries where we staged for our second Transatlantic crossing. We arrived in St Lucia in December 2009 safe and sound and hung up our cruising gear.Our route out of the Mediterranean
