Tortola, BVI
Alans log:
March 2nd 2007
We are still in the BVI. George and Mark just left after a week of fun in the sun. The weather for their trip was great, they had a good trip and took some great photos. Mark was also a great help around the boat. We are now in a Marina working on the boat and awaiting the arrival of Andrew, Tiffany & Allyssa. I can't wait to see them, haven't seen Andrew since Christmas and it seems like a long time. Allyssa has never snorkeled before so we have worked out an itinerary that lets her learn to snorkel on a calm sandy beach - with a freshwater pool handy if she wants it. When she gets the hang of that we will move on around the islands to the best diving sites. We have nearly two weeks with them, so plenty of time to see all the sights.Joan and I will most likely head to the Bomba Shack tomorrow night. It is their Full Moon Party and, coincidentally a full eclipse of the Moon is scheduled. We have heard a lot about these parties over the years but have never been to one and this will be our last chance before we move on from the BVI. We will be careful and avoid the 'shroom tea!
Here are some pictures of the last couple of weeks, just hanging around the BVI's, with thanks to George and Mark for many of the photos.
